1. Shipping Policy

Once an order has been placed, you can expect delivery of your goods within 21 working days subject to the fabric availability from the supplier.  Mobile Curtain Showroom also offers an express curtain service of 7 working days from point of order on certain fabrics under the Curtain Express Service.

Goods are delivered Free of charge.

 

2. Returns and Refund Policy

Returns/Refunds

Goods that have been supplied in accordance with the customer’s order where a deposit had been paid that are not defective will only be credited on exceptional circumstances.  In particular, all such returns will be accepted by Mobile Curtain Showroom only where Mobile Curtain Showrooms prior written authorisation has been obtained and the price at which the goods will be credited has been agreed by Mobile Curtain Showroom. Mobile Curtain Showroom does not accept any liability for the safe storage or for the cost of return to the retail customers of goods returned to Mobile Curtain Showroom without such authorisation.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 – Upon delivery the goods shall be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the sales of goods act 1979.

3.2 – The retail customer must check the goods for any defects as soon as possible after delivery and must inform Mobile Curtain Showroom of any such defect within seven calendar days from date of delivery. No claims for defect will be accepted after seven calendar days. The company shall not be liable for a breach of condition 3.1 if

(i) – The retail customer makes any further use of the goods after giving notice of the defect

(ii) – The defect arises because the retail customer failed to follow oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation or maintenance of the goods.

(iii) – The customer attempts to repair the goods themselves.

(iV) – The defect arises due to the action or negligence of the customer.

3.3 – Subject to notice being received by Mobile Curtain Showroom in accordance with condition 3.2 Mobile Curtain Showroom will repair or replace the goods or refund the price of the goods at the pro rata contract rate provided that, if Mobile Curtain Showroom so requests the customer shall return the goods or part which are defective to Mobile Curtain Showroom for inspection and/or repair.

 

4. Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
